UPDATE: Complete the FREE virtual 10k run, submit your results, and receive your suggested training zones!
Send me a public link to your Garmin Connect, Strava, Runkeeper, or equivalent, the 10k run, and I'll suggest what your training zones should be (dependant on the metrics supplied). Please note that it must be shared so that I can see it - private links do not work.
This is a great opportunity to set or confirm your training zones!

To wrap up some foundation training and a way to lead into your spring event training, we are having a FUN (free) virtual 10k challenge!
Wear you tech such as run pods, heartrate straps, or just the watch and use the fun run to either set or verify your training zones. Run outdoors if the weather permits in your area, run on a treadmill at home or gym, or head to
your local indoor track, just get up and run. Don't want to run alone in the virtual world? No worries! ask (or tell) a friend to signup with you and run together or have your own race within the challenge!
